Stet (don’t fret)

I lay here so quietly,

my pain accompanies me.

I’ve had an epiphany.

‘Stet don’t fret’

Stet is Latin for ‘let it stand’

Don’t bury your head in the sand

Life should be washed down, it tastes bland.
